Hello, I’m Amanda Hope. I’m a Personal Performance & Mindset Coach. I help people to develop an attitude and approach to life that enables them to take control and make the changes they desire in the way that they want to. I am a qualified Personal Performance Coach & Certified NLP Practitioner.
I have spent much of my life fearful of change and risk averse, worrying about so many things. I believed that was the “just the way I was". I had never imagined that I could be any different. What I have learnt (and really wish I knew a long time ago) is that we can change our mindset and attitude and develop the confidence and mental skills to enable us to live a more harmonious life. This has been life changing for me, and I want to share it with others.
I am fascinated by the impact that our thoughts and words have on our brain, and how that in turn affects how we feel and behave. My aim is to help others to develop the confidence and mental skills to enable them to deal with what ever is troubling them. Our approach and attitude to life is what shapes our future. I encourage an attitude and approach to life that is positive to enable my clients to live their life the way that they want to.
